I recently started a new diet and this thing has been so help full. I use it every meal. Is so great to measure out my food now i know im getting the right portion size for sure. Its amazing how much over eating i realized i was doing, by starting to measure out my portions. I have 2 kids  a 12 year old boy and a 8 year old girl. We also have a giant leather chair (Dads). Well you can imagine all the wear and tear that happens to it. The first time I used this my chair looked better and the more i ues it the better it looks . Smooth Viking Beard Conditioner

I gave this to my boyfriend to use on his beard. His bread is really wiry and scratchy on my face. I don't like that. After a couple days of using this his beard was way soft.
